We spent about two years working with Alison to find our house and she was both incredibly patient with us and very in tune to what we were looking for in a house. She also clearly has deep connections in the North Lake Tahoe area, which I think is a huge asset in a realtor. She ended up finding us an off market listing through her connections that we knew was the house we had been looking for the moment we walked in. She helped us craft a competitive offer while keeping in mind our concerns about making sure the house was a solid financial investment. She knows the market well enough that she was able to not just give us comps, but also walk us through them and talk intelligently about the ways in which our house was similar and different. She negotiated a substantial credit for some unexpected repairs that came up through the inspections, and her entire team was very on top of everything throughout the closing process. We've worked with different realtors to purchase four houses over the years and I can say that Alison and her team are some of the best out there.
